For each card purchased, Buyers will receive dialing instructions, PIN numbers and customer support service. Upon completion of your purchase, this information will be e-mailed to you and available for use immediately.

For customers placing a first-time purchase, orders are subject to approval by a 1stCallingCard.com representative. After the first order is approved, all following orders are conveniently delivered via e-mail without delay.

Prepaid PIN numbers are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. It is the Buyer's responsibility to contact the card manufacturer's customer service department (contact information provided with dialing instructions) should any problems arise with use of the card(s).

It is our intent to bring only established, good quality services to the marketplace, at discounted rates not normally found in the marketplace (including both online venues and retail stores). If you experience a technical problem with a calling card or particular PIN number, please report it to the appropriate customer service department of the card manufacturer (provided at time of purchase) for assistance. 1stCallingCard is merely a reseller of calling cards; it is each company's responsibility to provide technical support and similar customer assistance.
